Journalist and cultural manager, holds a B.A in Communication from PUC-SP and an MBA degree on Cultural Goods from FGV. She worked as director of the Creative Economy Secretary (2013-2014) and director of Cultural Policies Secretary (2015-2016) of the Brazilian Ministry of Culture.

A multi-talented professional: manager, producer, communication person, physical educator. She holds a B.A in Social Communication from Metodista University, a B.A in Physical Education from Unopar – PR, as well as a MBA degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). She is currently the head-director of IP.

Holds a degree in Public Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), a M.A and PhD in Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). She is a Professor at EACH Department at the University of São Paulo (USP) and teaches Public Policy Management. She acted as Deputy Secretary for Planning, Budget and Management in the city of São Paulo administration (2013).
Antonio Biondi

Journalist and lawyer, he is one of the founders of Intervozes – Collectivo Brasil de Comunicação Social. He currently serves as a consultant in Law and Communication and works as a free-lance journalist.
Carmem Brandalise

Holds a B.A in Social Work from PUC-PR University, she holds an M.A in Health Sciences Teaching from the Federal University of São Paulo (Unifesp), and post-gradual school degree in Public Policy from the University of Brasília. She is a servant of the city hall of Santos, working in the Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Service.

Professor of Economic Law and Political Economy at the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo, holds a PhD in Economic Law from the University of São Paulo (2006). He is currently the coordinator of the Law and Capitalism Regulation Research Group.

Communication person, holds a degree from ECA school at the University of São Paulo (USP), a M.A from the London School of Economics and a PhD in Political Science from the University of São Paulo. He was Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Culture (2015-2016).
