A training circle for women in wheel format of open and free conversation to share knowledge and qualify the debate on gender, feminism and the common. By creating projects together, the meetings recognize and promote the role of women in developing citizen innovation solutions.

Collective laboratory to think about governance and the role of councils in civil society organizations. But also to rethink and create new organizational formats. ORG.LAB, built by many collectives, organizations and activists, works for institutions to understand and recreate their processes, to keep alive the principles (not the interests), to democratize power, to avoid engaging in actions and to improve relationships with funders and public policies.
Lab Santista is the laboratory of citizen innovation created by the Procomum Institute. It has already carried out a circuit of citizen innovation through public call (Circuit LABxS 2017), cycles of continuous training (Circles) and now has a headquarters in the street Sete de Setembro, center of Santos-SP. It works articulated in a collaborative network, formed by people, initiatives and infrastructures united to produce, from the bottom up, innovative solutions that improve the common life of the region.
